2010 Meritor Meritor On The Dealer Loyalty Program - Program Rules
The 2010 Meritor® On the Move Dealer Rewards Loyalty Program is offered
free of charge to all Class 8, new truck and trailer dealers in North America.
Dealer sales staff and key management are eligible to earn awards in the
Meritor On The Move Program when selling qualifying Meritor products on
new Class 8 trucks or trailers. Qualifying trucks and trailers must have a
build date in 2010 to be eligible for awards.
Program Dates
Qualifying products spec’d on new vehicles built from January 1, 2010
through December 31, 2010 are eligible to earn Meritor Award Dollars. All
sales verifications must be submitted to Program Headquarters no later than
January 31, 2011 - NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a 2010 calendar year program
only. ArvinMeritor, Inc. may choose to continue or cancel this program in
subsequent years.
Meritor Award Dollars
The Dealer Salesperson responsible for the sale will earn Meritor Award
Dollars for each verified delivery of a qualifying truck or trailer spec'd with
the eligible participating products. Verification begins when Program
Headquarters receives a completed Submission Form or the qualifying
trucks or trailers are submitted online. A factory invoice/or line set ticket,
with the complete VIN number, build date and qualifying products is
required in order to verify delivery of the vehicle with the eligible
Meritor components.
Program Participants
All Dealer Principals, Dealer Sales Managers and Dealer Salespersons are
encouraged to participate in the 2010 Meritor On the Move Program.
Enrollment is no longer necessary to participate in the program. All dealer
sales staff and dealer management are eligible to submit qualifying new
Class 8 trucks or trailers to the program. If you are new to the program and
submit qualifying trucks or trailers, Program Headquarters will contact you to
obtain the necessary information for you to receive your awards.
Earning Opportunities
-Dealer Salesperson
For each eligible Meritor product sold in a qualifying new truck or new
trailer order, the responsible Dealer Salesperson (SP) will earn Meritor
Award Dollars according to the Earnings Schedule.
-Dealer Management
Dealer Management also has an opportunity to earn Meritor Award
Dollars based on the participation of their dealership. When the
individual dealership sales staff submits the first 50 qualified VINs, the
Dealer Management will each receive $5 per VIN, including the first 50
qualifying VINs. Awards will be tabulated and distributed each quarter.
MasterCard® Pre-paid Card*
Meritor Award Dollars are issued on a MasterCard® pre-paid card.
The MasterCard® pre-paid card may be used at over 28 million locations
worldwide, wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted. No payment
card is more widely accepted globally than the MasterCard® pre-paid card.
Participants can access their up-to-date, real-time account balance online,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.meritoronthemove.com.
Simply click on the "Check Your Balance" icon, key in your account
number and security code (last three digits on back of your
MasterCard® pre-paid card) and your account information is at your
fingertips.
Meritor Award Dollars issued to Canadian participants will be issued in
U.S. funds based on the earnings schedule. Currency conversion will
take place when purchases are made with the pre-paid MasterCard.
Program Headquarters
Program Headquarters handles processing of the truck and trailer
submissions, issuing Meritor Award Dollars and distribution of the
Meritor Rewards MasterCard pre-paid cards. Fax completed

Provisions
ArvinMeritor, Inc. reserves the right to verify sales of Meritor
components in qualifying truck and trailer orders. ArvinMeritor, Inc.
also reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke the 2010 Dealer
Loyalty Program in whole or in part at any time deemed necessary.
This program cannot be combined with any other program or incentives
offered by ArvinMeritor, Inc. unless specifically agreed in writing.
Award Eligibility
In order to qualify for a Meritor Dealer Loyalty Program award,
participants must be employed at the enrolling dealership at the
time of the awards distribution.
Legal Responsibilities
The Program rules shall be considered a contract between the
Participant and ArvinMeritor, Inc. ArvinMeritor, Inc. has no obligation to
substitute cash or other consideration in lieu of specific awards and/or
recognition. Awards will not be paid to participants until the reported
sale is verified.
ArvinMeritor, Inc. reserves the right to alter or cancel any part or this
entire program. All decisions and rulings made by ArvinMeritor, Inc.
shall be final. All individuals participating in this program agree to abide
by these decisions.
Tax Responsibility
All awards accepted under this program are considered additional
income to the recipient for income tax purposes. ArvinMeritor, Inc. is
not responsible for any such taxes and will file 1099 forms on recipients
where necessary. All applicable federal, state and local income taxes
are the sole responsibility of the individual earning the award.
